ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. Once a payment is made it cannot be reversed. A partial payment does not reflect payment in full and will not stop termination of water service without prior approval from the District Office. You are still responsible for the full amount of the balance due on the account. Payments not made by the 16th of the month will be assessed a late charge. There will be a $27.00 fee on all returned online payments. Stop payments will be treated the same as a returned check. All recurring electronic withdrawals require an original ”Electronic Payment Authorization Form” be completed, signed and on file at the District Office. Authorization forms need to be in the office by the 25th of the month before your first withdrawal. If you would like your recurring electronic withdrawal terminated you need to submit in writing by the 10th of the month. Recurring electronic withdrawals from checking and savings account will not have a fee. Fees for online payments from your checking or savings account are $0.40 per transaction. Credit and Debit card fees are fixed $0.30 plus 1% per transaction. The District is not responsible for incorrect posting of funds.
